Working in Film

In addition to photography, Patricia Wedding has immersed herself into the world of documentary film making. She directed and produced her first short documentary, “Art By CloD,” It was officially selected in 2022, by the Cannes World Film Festival - Remember the Future and The Hamilton New York International Film festival.

Who is CloD? Claudia Echeverría (a.k.a. CloD), is a Latina painter based in New York City.  This is a glimpse inside her personal experiences as a Latina, mother and the awakening that brought her to make her aspirations to be a painter a reality.  All of which she translates into powerful, colorful and playful paintings she creates on canvas. Join us in this short documentary of a vibrant contemporary female artist and woman entrepreneur.

Besos de NYC

Patricia developed Besos de NYC (in English, “Kisses from NYC”), to encourage and inspire her audience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Besos de NYC supports small businesses, women entrepreneurs and artists; and celebrates and elevates Black, Indigenous and People of Color and the LGBTQ+ community.

Current Project in Film

Patricia is currently working on a short documentary based on the life and challenges of Yuni Hodelin-Felix, a Cuban Artist working in SoHo, and living in New York City. It will be in partly in Spanish with English subtitles and in English.
